CBS News (CBS12): 1,800-Pound Great White Shark Caught from Shore at Pensacola Beach

In 2024, Coastal Worldwide founders Dylan Wier and Blaine Kenny landed a 1,800-pound great white shark from the sand at Pensacola Beach. The catch was featured on CBS News and named both founders by name as the crew responsible. The shark was tagged, photographed, and released alive under FWC catch-and-release shark fishing regulations.

WKRG: Great White Shark Catch Pensacola ("Fourpeat")
