Summer time job opening with coastal worldwide (NO OPENINGS)

At Coastal World Wide, we're passionate about fishing and the great outdoors. We started out as a couple friends who loved to shark fish, and we've now grown into a company that offers unforgettable fishing adventures for clients from all over the globe. Our goal is to share our passion for land based shark fishing with others and to create memories that last a lifetime while creating real JOBS in the fishing industry!

We are searching for ONE individual to join our team to run beach shark fishing trips in the summer time. (May 1st-August 10th) dates are flexible. We need energy and passion to be flowing everyday! Shark fishing experience isn't required but fishing experience is needed. 

IMPORTANT- We want to find someone BUT we will not sacrifice the quality of our charter to force a hire. If we don't find what we are looking for we will go without! Please make sure to highlight yourself to us during the resume, questionnaire, and interview process!

Transportation- Although you will not be required to drive your vehicle for trips you will need to be able to get to the office on time.

Experience- Guides must have fishing experience and an understanding of shark fishing. We have taught many hire ons how to shark fish (Including Blaine!) but you must have an understanding of what we do.

Good Attitude- A smile and a energetic attitude makes all the difference in the world! You will be interacting with new groups every night that are on the trip of a lifetime! GET PUMPED!

Physical Ability- You must be able to carry gear, drag cart, kayak baits, work multiple days in a row all while still being social with clients! Being in shape is a big factor when working all summer!

Free Schedule- You must be available when your crew gets booked! Family events and certain circumstances are understandable but this must be a main priority during the summer. 

Housing- You must have a plan for the summer for a place to stay if you are traveling from out of town!

Our guides are paid  per trip they run and are paid weekly. Guides pay per trip is based on experience with CWW and overall performance. Tips are 100% the crews money and the business will never take a dime from tips. There are also a few pay raise incentives given to crews for good performance giving the ability to get paid more when reaching these goals!
